About Jason Watts

I am a Florida Native. I grew up in the Real Estate space. My dad "Watts Construction" built homes on the Gulf Coast of Florida, Destin area. Both my parents were licensed Realtors. My mom was also Vice President of Lending for Okaloosa & Walton County. Needless to say I grew up in Open Houses. My early memories are of cannonballs in the pool at my dad's model homes. My first paying job was working for "Watts Construction" getting paid $5 an hour to lay sod. Little did I know that these experiences would be so impactful for my Real Estate journey ahead.

 

Outside of Real Estate, I grew up surfing and fishing. I grew up in what used to be a small fishing village on the intracoastal side of Destin, FL. My mom's side of the family were fishermen and hunters. They lived off the land and taught me those values. My love of fishing and surfing brought me to St Augustine, FL after high school. I started college and finished in Jax Beach with an International Business Degree from UNF. Along the way I fell in love with Martial Arts. Martial Arts gave me the confidence and mindset to be successful in this life. After graduating from college, I ran a couple small businesses including teaching various styles of Martial Arts.

 

Fast forward 10 years to when I met my wife Anna. Anna is a native from Orlando. We decided to move to the Flagler Beach area before having our second daughter in 2019. We are blessed with 2 beautiful daughters, Livi is currently 7 years old and Logan aka LoLo is 3. My family is everything!

 

Once My wife and I started having kids I decided to get my Realtors License. I have been practicing real estate full-time since 2018. I love the relationships that I have made in this industry. I enjoy helping families navigate through the buying and selling process. Buying a home is one of the biggest purchases of one's life. A home and the memories that they provide is everlasting. I also enjoy helping investors exceed their goals in real estate. I am an "Investor Friendly" Realtor. I strive to exceed my clients expectations through local market knowledge and excellent customer service. Real Estate gives us a sense of community. We are excited to raise our family here in Flagler Beach, FL. This is home! ❤️
