I am a seasoned real estate broker and proud owner of Kokomo Realty, with a decade of experience in the industry. Over the past four consecutive years, I have consistently ranked among the top 1% of agents in Flagler County, a testament to my commitment to excellence.

My journey in real estate began after a successful career in the professional golf industry, where I served as a club professional at local golf clubs Palm Harbor Golf Club and Pine Lakes Golf Club. However, after several years I realized that my dedication wasn’t translating into the financial stability I needed to provide for my family. That pivotal moment led me to transition into real estate, a decision I’ve never regretted.

I bring to the table a unique blend of skills and experiences cultivated through golf—exceptional customer service, profound marketing abilities, tailors negotiating tactics and a deep understanding of local nuances and networks. Having resided in Flagler County for three decades, my roots run deep, and I’m proud to have my wife, Marlee, as a longtime member of this community for 25 years as well. After marrying, Marlee and I moved to Flagler Beach where we continue to reside today. “Community” is a strong desire for us and we’ve found that Flagler is the perfect fit for our family.

Family is at the core of my life. I’ve been happily married for a decade, blessed with two children, Halle, a spirited 5-year-old girl, and Griffin, my adventurous 3-year-old son. In my downtime, you’ll find me pursuing my passions, whether it’s perfecting my golf swing, catching a wave at my local surf break, heading offshore fishing for Mahi Mahi, or enjoying leisurely sandbar days on the boat.
